The soul of our restaurants is cuisine is attentive to local products that originate from Lake Garda and its inland. The local fish, always fresh, Alpine cheeses from our mountain huts, along with the extra virgin olive oil, capers and lemons from our production, are the ingredients for traditional recipes revisited in a modern way and matched with wines we have selected directly from small local and Italian producers.
